So, I am by no means a runner nor will I ever claim I am one! But, I do love a fun walk! On Mother's Day, I took my mom and niece on our first annual Color Run. It's listed as a 5k run, but as mentioned, I (we) don't run so it was a walk. It was so much fun! The way it works is... each kilometer they basically blow a color on you. The 1st kilometer was blue, 2nd was yellow, 3rd was green, 4th was orange and at the finish line it was every color in and out of the rainbow. By time the race was done, I asked my mom if she would want to do it next year too. Without hesitating she said absolutely! What can you say? She felt like a kid again.
