Happy Sunny Sunday to All!!

Good morning! I didn't realize it had been so long since I posted something here. I really don't have a lot to say today. I haven't been shopping, live is relatively stressless (now that the refi on the house is done), I am blessed DH & I both have jobs and my weight is going DOWN!! What more can I ask for?

This morning when I weighed in, I was at 204.5. This means I have dropped some weight since my LIW. I am chalking the loss up to not enough calories yesterday. When I went to my calorie counter, I only ate about 1650 cal. not enought to keep my weight stabelized where the dear Dr. wants it. I am sure I can make up for it today or over the next couple of days. I have found I am doing better w/ the no wheat thing (haven't craved it) but, man, I am still missing my rice products. I was shopping for the DH yesterday (he has decided to cut back on wheat) and found some great crackers that are rice, flax & sesame seed. They are crazy tastey (yes, I ate 1/2 a serving). I think right before I start R2P2 again I will introduce rice. I have been craving sushi something fierce and would love to load up on it ;)

I have a group of 4 ladies from work who have decided to follow my progress. One of them would love to do HCG but, she is DEATHLY scared of needles and can't see herself giving a shot. I suggested the sublingual but, I don't know?? One of the ladies, who has the same Dr. as me, wants to wait until summer time - and see how I do on R2P2 before committing. This is such an amazing protocal - needles or not - I hope they decide to give it a try. My mom got me into this and i know she has been doing an amazing job. She didn't follow protocol on R2P2 but, all said she has melted away 30lbs. How awesome is that? WTG mom!!! As for her co-workers who joined her?? Ladies, I know you are doing well - Keep up the great support & great work!

Well lighter later - don't give up and don't get frustrated! It took longer than a week to gain the weight, it will take longer than a week to get rid of it!
