I decided I would dedicate this post to my results over the past month...here we go!
Feb. 26 Today was first weigh in at the Dr.'s office & 1st shot - oh yea - LOAD DAY #1 (McD's)
Day 2 Another load day - Prime Rib dip, onion rings, ice cream - yummy!
Day 3 + 1.8 Last load day - Not feeling hungy...what to do? Ate a big steak w/ potatoe & sour cream
Day 4 +.2 first VLCD. Over the prior 3 days gained 2 lbs. I am OK with that because it should leave the body quickly - atleast that is what they say. I was pleasently suprised that I wasn't hungry today. Come to think of it, I really didn't have any cravings...hmm... is this for real?
Day 5 -.6 second day went well no problems.
Day 6 -2.6 I was SO TIRED at work today. I have a stash of candy in my drawer and I wanted to eat it. Not that it would help but dang it already! The sugar high would be nice. I refrained.
Day 7 -2.4 All well - didn't eat any of my bread options - by choice
Day 8 -.2 ohh what happened? I think because I slept in and didn't start my tea early, didn't eat lunch until almost 3 then dinner at 6 my body didn't have time to work off the lunch - I better be more careful about eating lunch earlier. I did get my 2L of beverage today (tea & water).
Day 9 -1.2 Another bordem day at work. Wanted to munch munch munch but didn't. YEA ME!
Day 10 -1.0 Went to the Casino w/ family. At a salad from the snack bar and they had buffet. Did eat 1 almond on the way up there. Beside that was great all day.
Day 11 -.2 Dissapointed by my loss. I was so good....could it have been the 1 almond? Please!?!
Day 12 -1.2 Large loss? Not really - bought a new, more friendly scale. The old scale repored a loss of nothing - it was break even w/ day 11.
Day 13 -1.2
Day 14 -1.1
Day 15 -.4 I need to watch my Weds. (flex day). I Don't drink as much water and not eating as set time like week days. Made cake for the co-workers - didn't even lick my fingers - YEA ME. Hopefully they eat the whole pan because I don't want to bring any home.
Day 16 -1.6 Stomach growled A LOT today!! Ate fruit early, which I have never done. Cuc's & shrimp for lunch. "chili" for dinner. 1/2 way thru dinner wasn't hungry any more but, ate it all anyway.
Well....this is all I have for now. I need to get ready for work. Maybe I will enlighten you with the remining 14 days tonight or maybe tomorrow? Have great day!
