Well I am back to finish what I started the last time I posted. I just wanted to finish up my results. So, sit back and here we go...
Day 17 -1.7
Day 18 1.6 Another bad weigh in on Sunday...Still can't figure this out. I think it has something to do with the time I get up and the time in which meals are eaten...must get better w/ this.
Day 19 -.2
Day 20 -.3
Day 21 -2.3
Day 22 -.3
Day 23 -.8

Day 27 -.4 Needed to have an apple day - I thought the extra fiber in the apples would help. Had a small BM late that night. It worked but left me extra tired.
Day 28 -1.8
Day 29 -.9
Day 30 .8 I don't know what the weight gain was all about. Thurs. I ate spinach/chick/straw salad and chicken/asparagus - I don't think I got my 2Lof beverage in on Thurs - maybe?
Day 31 -.8 Got no more than 1L of beverage again- but didn't gain..hmm no 2nd fruit. Looking forward to other veggie choices in a week :) I am sure if I drink all my h2o today I will have gain tomorrow.
Day 32 -.6
Day 33 -.5
Day 34 -1.1
